How can I exchange or return an item?
You can exchange or return any item purchased in the online store, provided that it is in the same condition that you received it and accompanied by the invoice and the form of free resolution form (you can download the form here) duly filled in. You should send the article and its documentation to our headquarters at the following address:

To communicate the decision to exchange or return an article, you may use the email email@example.com and indicate the order number and the article in question.
In case of a refund, payment will be made through the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the two parties and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
How much time do I have to make a change?
The deadline for notification of the exchange or return decision is 14 days from the date of receipt of the article. You have 14 days from the date you have communicated this decision to send the item you wish to exchange or return.
In case of return, the payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items that are sent for return.
Do I have to pay anything for the exchange / return?
In case of return of the piece to our offices, either by exchange or by return, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Can I cancel an order before it has been shipped?
Yes. In order to communicate the decision to cancel your order before shipment, you can use the email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the order number in question. Payment will be refunded through the same method of payment used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the two parties and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the email with the cancellation request.
Bagoxa reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges communicated or sent after the established deadline, or articles that are not under the same conditions in which they were acquired, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
In the event of a defect, Bagoxa will replace the item or refund the amount paid.
